*HOW TO SLOW DOWN YOUR ANGER *

Every human being gets angry 😠, and while we view anger as a negative emotion that should be suppressed, we often that we have a valid reason to be upset, especially when an individual trys to step our sense of justice. 
      Anger is a completely normal, usually (unhealthy), human emotions, according to oxford dictionary it define anger as
 1. belligerence aroused by a real or supposed wrong;  2. a strong emotion; a feeling that is oriented toward some real or supposed grievance; choler;  3. the state of being angry; angriness;
*SHOULD WE GET ANGRY *
 Lets take a look at apostle Paul teaching in which he said " Be agitated but don't sin.
He continued by teaching us to put away from ourselves every kind of malicious bitterness, anger, wrath, screaming, and abusive speech as well as everything injurious (Ephesians 4:31)

*HOW TO CONTROL OUR ANGER *
   Insight is the ability to see into a situation. To have insight means to see beyond a  matter...
Now how does it help when ever we are provoked or offended?
     When we see and injustice, we may as well become indignant. However, if we follow our emotions and react violently we may end up hurting ourselves or someone else.
     In order to avoid this, when we are been provoked lets just take a deeper look into the situation and try to get a complete picture of what is happening trust me this will surely help us to control our emotions,
Thereafter take a deep breathe and think of what may have cause the problem and the consequences of your intended action might be.
     With this you will over anger that may lead you to later regret your actions, the emotion of anger may be very strong, but by applying the above mentioned rules you will surely overcome anger, you can let your insight slow down your anger its up to you.
